By soaking into metal and reducing harmful engine deposits, zMAX:
- Saves Fuel
- Disperses Carbon & Deposits
- Micro-lubricates All Internal Engine Components
- Helps to Maintain Peak Compression & Power
When used properly, zMAX Heavy Duty Engine Formula helps keep your engine within factory tolerances and, through its unique penetrating ability, dissolves harmful carbon and deposits. zMAX also increases compression and engine performance through improved valve and piston ring sealing. This results in a more efficient fuel burn and reduced operating costs that will create a more powerful and reliable engine and better overall performance.
zMAX Heavy Duty Engine Formula will decrease engine and component wear, and improve fuel economy by reducing friction and heat while removing and preventing harmful deposits. The TMC/SAE J-1321 Procedure II Fuel Economy Test Protocol was used to determine zMAX fuel savings performance. zMAX requires a “soak in” period in order to achieve maximum benefit, therefore, the protocol was modified only to include a “soak in” period for zMAX. Test conducted by Claude Travis, industry testing expert. Click here to view pdf of testing.
zMAX does not void manufacturer's warranties. This diesel fuel additive complies with the federal low sulfur content requirements for use in diesel motor vehicles and nonroad engines.
Instructions For Use
Class 6, 7, & 8 Heavy Duty Over the Road Vehicles:
Up to 32 quart capacity, add
16 oz. (1/2 quart) of zMAX. For more than 32 quart capacity, add 32 oz. (1 quart) of zMAX.
"Off-Highway" Vehicles & Stationary Engines: Up to 32 quart capacity, add 16 oz. (1/2 quart) of zMAX. For more than 32 quart capacity, add 32 oz. (1 quart) of zMAX.
Class 1-5 vehicles: Add 16 oz. of zMAX to engine oil.
Recommended Retreatment Schedule
Class 6, 7, & 8 vehicles: Every 30,000 miles
or every other oil change with a minimum of every 4 months.
"Off-Highway" Vehicles & Stationary Engines: Every 250 hours or a minimum of every 4 months.
Class 1-5 vehicles: Every 6,000 miles or every oil change with a minimum of every 4 months.
Heavy Duty
Fuel Formula
By soaking into metal and reducing harmful engine deposits, zMAX:
- Saves Fuel
- Provides Improved Protection to Injector Pump Parts
- Helps Keep Injectors Clean, Improving Fuel Burn
- Helps Reduce Harmful Deposits on Valves & Piston Rings
- Helps to Maintain Peak Compression & Power
zMAX Heavy Duty Fuel Formula is compatible with all diesel fuels, gasoline, stabilizers and anti-gel additives. Test conducted by Claude Travis, industry testing expert
When used properly, zMAX Heavy Duty Fuel Formula removes and helps prevent harmful deposits through its unique penetrating ability. Improved lubrication of the internal surfaces of fuel pumps, injectors and other fuel system components is also achieved while enhancing the lubricity lost in today’s diesel fuels. zMAX Heavy Duty Fuel Formula also dissolves carbon, sludge and other harmful deposits by entering the engine through the fuel system and better maintaining piston ring and valve sealing. By doing so, zMAX also helps keep injector nozzles clean, resulting in a more efficient fuel burn and reduced operating costs that will create a more powerful and reliable engine and better overall performance.
zMAX does not void manufacturer's warranties. This diesel fuel additive complies with the federal low sulfur content requirements for use in diesel motor vehicles and nonroad engines.
Instructions For Use
Class 6, 7, & 8 Heavy Duty Over the Road Trucks: For
best results and for fuel capacities from 50 to 150 gallons per
tank, add 1 qt. (32 oz.) of zMAX to each fuel tank in use.
Class 1-5 Trucks: For best results, add 16 oz. (1/2 quart) of zMAX to the fuel tank in use.
Off-Highway Vehicles & Stationary Engines: From 10 to 30 gallons, add
16 oz. (1/2 quart). Over 30 gallons, add 32 oz. (1 quart)
CAUTION: FOR DIESEL, DO NOT TREAT LESS
THAN 10 GALLONS.
Recommended Retreatment Schedule
Class 6, 7, & 8 Trucks: Every 15,000 miles or
a minimum of every 4 months.
Off-Highway Vehicles: Every 250 hours or a minimum of every 4 months.
Class 1-5 Trucks: Every 6,000 miles or a minimum of every 4 months.
Heavy Duty
Gear and Trans Formula
By soaking into metal and reducing harmful engine deposits, zMAX:
- Reduces Operating Temperatures
- Reduces Component Wear of Gears, Bearings & Rings
- Improves Transmission Shifting Response
- Helps Reduce High-Speed Ring & Pinion Noise
When used properly, zMAX Heavy Duty Gear Formula helps keep your gear box and transmission within factory tolerances. Through its unique penetrating ability, zMAX decreases high operating temperatures and component wear while prolonging the life of transmissions and rear axles.
zMAX does not void manufacturer's warranties. This diesel fuel additive complies with the federal low sulfur content requirements for use in diesel motor vehicles and nonroad engines.
Instructions For Use
For heavy duty transmissions, add 12 oz. of zMAX Heavy
Duty Gear Formula.
For heavy duty drive axles, add 12 oz. of zMAX Heavy Duty Gear Formula.
(Light duty vehicles - Class 1-5 - use 6 oz. in transmission and rear axles.)
(Off-Highway equipment/trans-hydraulic systems: 12 oz. for sump capacity of 4 to 30 qts. Repeat every 1500 hours). For best results, operate for 30 minutes after treatment.
Recommended Retreatment Schedule
