ATX-2 Automatic Transmission Fluid Exchanger

The zMAX® Automatic Transmission Fluid Exchanger is the first transmission fluid machine to offer fully automatic operation using an accurate exchange process. This machine uses two weight scales: one for the new fluid tank and one for the used fluid tank. Just hook up to the transmission cooler line with a no-drip quick coupler system, press the button for the desired capacity, and walk away.The machine automatically and continuously weighs the amount of fluid being pumped into the used fluid tank inside the machine. Its microprocessor then matches the machine's fill pump precisely to the speed of the transmission pump, providing a true one for one continuous exchange of fluid. The machine automatically alerts the technician if the hoses are hooked up in reverse flow direction, an important safeguard. Also, a patented by-pass function is used to re-route the fluid through the machine and back to the vehicle when the process is complete or during a power outage. This valuable feature protects the vehicle from inadvertent damage which can occur from other machines. The entire exchange takes an average of 2-5 minutes and frees the technician to perform other services.

1. Empty master cylinder: Press the "empty master cylinder" switch and insert the drain hose into the master cylinder.

2. Fill master cylinder: Attach wand to fill hose, press "fill master cylinder" switch and squeeze the wand trigger to fill master cylinder to max marking on reservoir.

3. Exchange brake fluid: Attach master cylinder adapter and quick-fit bleeder hoses, open the bleeder fittings, press the "exchange brake fluid" switch and press "vacuum bleeder" switch(es) to choose desired wheel(s).

Old fluid is removed and replaced by clean, new fluid in just minutes!

Simplify the process! Fuel induction systems in today's vehicles are more sophisticated than ever. Because of modern designs and increased performance requirements, fuel-system deposits can greatly affect engine performance and cause driveability problems. Replacing or manually cleaning fuel-system components can be costly, ineffective, and time consuming. The fast, effective way to remove fuel-system deposits and improve driveability is to introduce one of zMAX®'s premium cleaners into the system using the Cleaner Application Tool. This tool is a versatile apparatus that, when used with various adapters and cleaners, can remove deposits from the entire fuel system including fuel injectors, combustion chambers and air-intake.

The Service: To start the process, cleaner is added to the large capacity canister through a convenient funnel shaped fill area. Once the cap is in place, shop air is attached to pressurize the tool. The steel braided outlet hose can be attached to the fuel rail through various adapters. An air regulator and intake valve control the flow rate of product into the system. Next, a Fluid-Flow sight glass allows the technician to monitor usage and indicates when the service is finished.

zCLEAN Fuel System Cleaner (complete Adapter Kit, S-Tool, Throttle Depressor)

The zMAX® zClean Machine is a professional state- of-the-art Injector, and Combustion Cleaner system.

The zClean Machine has several unique treatment procedures:
A. The most common treatment is the use of zMAX® Autoclean #1 Injector Cleaner through the "Fuel Rail", and zMAX® Autoclean #2 with zMAX® Combustion Cleaner through the "Fuel Rail". No "S" tool is used in this procedure.
B. The most effective fuel system cleaning procedure is to use the combination "S" tool and "Fuel Rail" hook-up. Keep the "S" tool valve turned OFF for the first zMAX® Autoclean #1 canister cleaning. This first machine procedure cleans injectors through the "Fuel Rail". When the machine switches over to zMAX® Autoclean #2 canister with zMAX® Combustion Clean, TURN THE "S" TOOL VALVE ON FOR 2 MINUTES. This will treat the induction system, airhorn throttle butterfly valve area and will clean and lubricate the idle motor component. Turn valve off and the remainder of treatment goes through the "Fuel Rail" treating combustion components.
C. If the system MASS AIR FLOW VALVE is located in front of the butterfly valve, DO NOT use the "S" tool as damage may occur to the valve. Use the black "S" tool adapter and discharge product through a manifold vacuum hose.
